Jewellery Care:

All Atelier Mana Pieces are made with love & they require some good care and affection from you.

They can be worn at all times yet to keep its beauty, delicacy & sparkle, remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays.

Please keep Mana pieces in their original boxes when not wearing to prevent scratches.


In case a Mana piece gets broken or loses a stone, please fill us our contact form with your detailed repair request, description of the item purchased and your full contact details. Please note that there might be a fee depending on the amount of repair work required.


We offer worldwide shipping.

Please note that Overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which you will be responsible for.

All time items are handmade to order in Grand Bazaar Turkey, our jeweler needs to craft the piece for you once you order, the processing times are 3-4 weeks.


Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped we will share the tracking number with you. You can track your delivery with this number

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All the items are handmade to order in Grand Bazaar in Turkey therefore processing times vary between 3-6 weeks.

How is my order shipped?

We use DHL Express post for as well FedEx & AN Post for deliveries

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping over 199 Euro. For orders below 199 Euro, the shipping fee is 15 Euro for EU.

What happens if I refuse my shipment?

If you choose to reject the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to us.Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country.

How can I change my delivery address?

For any modification to your order, please send us an email at specifying the change.

What’s your return policy?

If you change your mind, free returns are available within the 30 days of receiving the item excluding customized product such as engraved ones. you will be liable for the postage cost to return the order to us. The items should be returned unworn in original packaging.

Please send the items via registered post and keep your tracking number, we are not responsible for any loss or damages packages. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the goods, contact you & issue the refund accordingly.

We are unable to refund customs duties and sales taxes for orders sent to destinations outside of the EU.

What’s your exchange policy?

We don’t offer exchange yet alteration/resizing could be possible with a fee.

My item is faulty, what can I do?

First off all, our apologies! If your items are faulty when delivered, please contact us immediately at with the details (order number & a photo) and send the order back with receipt for full refund or replacement. We will cover the postage cost back to us in the case of faulty goods only.

How can I start return process?

Please follow these steps when returning an order:

    • Send an e-mail to with your invoice

    • Make sure that the jewellery is unworn in their original jewellery boxes.
